From what I've read, unless you import it under a temporary permit or as a offroad vehicle, it will be impounded. Also I'm a little confused about his chassis VIN code statement. While the first two characters are 'BN' the next 3 are either 'R34', 'R33' or 'R32' which is a dead giveaway. I mean technically the R34's chassis code is BNR34 just like the Z32 is actually GCZ32. But whatever, he believes he can import the R34 and title it, even though what I've read indicates the federal government (not state) will impound it at the docks if it's not a BNR33. Best of luck to him and his customers. Just hope this doesn't turn into another Motorex fiasco.
